Important Information - Please Read 

All our items are handmade to order therefore our standard dispatch time is 5-7 working days unless the item is labelled as preorder. Please check the item listing for dispatch times on preorder products. 

The majority of our Comfort Character boxes are batch shipped, therefore please check the product listing for dispatch date before purchasing. 

Please also be aware that if you purchase a preorder product as part of an multiple item order, all items will be dispatched at the same time when the preorder item is ready to be shipped.

If you are ordering over £20 worth of products - please select a tracked or signed for service. If you do not purchase tracked or signed for shipping for an order above £20 and your order goes missing or is damaged in transit, this is done so at your own risk. Cult Creative UK will always try our best to replace the order if we have the ability to do so at the time. Thank you for understanding.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our business we are unable to offer returns, cancellations or refunds. This is because our gift, treat and comfort character items are custom made to order  and many contain jewellery, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However, please do reach out to us if there is any issues with your order and we will do everything within our power to solve the problem.

 

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately we cannot impact delays due to customs.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Whilst the vast majority of our parcels arrive safety and in a timely manner, sometimes things do take a little longer, particularly with international orders. We kindly request your patience in this matter.  Please do reach out if you are concerned and we will do everything within our power to help. 

We are happy to provide you with a tracking number upon request (if you purchased a tracked service) so that you can monitor your parcels progress through the couriers network. 

If your order is delayed or lost by the courier in the UK (a parcel is regarded as lost if it has been more than 10 working days after its due date) -  we will be happy to contact the courier and arrange a replacement for you ASAP. 

If you are based internationally, an your order is delayed or lost by the courier in its destination country (please note this is regarded as 25 working days after its due date), we may provide you with the appropriate tracking information and ask you to follow up with your local postal service. This is to ensure the quickest resolution for you (to avoid time differences etc...), as you are based in the same region.

Jewellery Care

The high-quality metal used in the majority of our pieces are silver plated, Tibetan silver, Zinc alloy or stainless steel. To prevent discolouration please keep away from moisture. Remove before sleep, exercise or washing to prolong the shine. If discolouration does occur, the shine can be revived by soaking in hot water with bicarbonate of soda for around 10 minutes. Use a dry cloth to clean and polish.
