IONOS provide Cult Creative UK with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Information on their data collection and data security can be found here. 

When you create an account or submit an order, our website will ask for contact information, including items such as name, address, email address, and telephone number in order to fulfil your order. Any additional personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. If you order a custom item, we may request information to make your item personalised to you, such as your interests, your pronouns or your age.

  • Create custom items and fulfil your orders
  • Communicate with you for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to Cult Creative UK, and for marketing and promotional purposes

Third-Party Partners

At Cult Creative UK, for some of our orders, we work with trusted production partners to create and ship some of our products directly to you (e.g. our t-shirts are printed and shipped by Prodigi.com). Because of this, we may need to securely share your personal information with them to enable the fulfilment of your order. Please note only necessary data for order fulfilment will be shared (name, address, email address, telephone number).
